Returns, Exchange, and Refunds Policy
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are services provided for specific products listed on Psychedelic (available at www.psychedelic.in.net). This policy gives you the option to return or exchange items purchased on the Website within the specified return/exchange period, as detailed on the product details page, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
Returns
At the time of purchase, please visit the product description page to see if an item is returnable.
Returnable Products: Eligible for return under the conditions specified in this policy.
Non-Returnable Products: Explicitly identified as "not returnable" and cannot be returned.
Psychedelic reserves the right to refuse returns if:
The product was sold under a special offer, promotion, or discount.
The product is not returned in its original, merchantable condition.
The return process was not followed correctly.
There is evidence of fraud or "Abuse of Platform Policies" (e.g., excessive returns or suspicious activity).
Return Options
Specific products on our website may offer two return categories:
Wrong/Defective Item Return: Eligible only if the product received is defective, damaged, wrong, or incomplete due to our fault.
All Issue Easy Return: Allows for returns for reasons other than damage (e.g., change of mind), provided the product is eligible and in original condition.
Cost of Return
All Return Option: Returns are free of cost regardless of the reason.
Wrong/Defective Option: Returns are free only if the fault lies with the supplier (e.g., wrong size, stained, broken, or missing parts).
Exchange
You can check if a product is exchangeable under your order details. Eligibility depends on stock availability and your service location.
Limitations: Exchange is generally for the same product (different size/color). If the new item costs more, you must pay the difference; if less, we will refund the balance.
Finality: Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged or returned again for the same order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Since we do not have an app, all requests must be managed via our website:
Go to the "My Orders" section on www.psychedelic.in.net.
Select the product and click on "Return/Exchange Request."
Follow the instructions to generate a Return/Exchange ID.
Prepare the package: Keep the product in its original manufacturer’s packaging with all tags, warranty cards, and accessories intact.
Quality Check: Our delivery partner will conduct a quality check at the time of pickup. If the product fails this check, the return/exchange will be denied.
Smartphone Return & Replacement Policy
Manufacturing Defects: Must be resolved via the brand's authorized service center.
Dead on Arrival (DOA): Requires a DOA certificate from the brand and an uninterrupted unboxing video.
Physical Damage: Only replacement is available, provided a clear unboxing video is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
How & When: Refunds are credited to the original payment source after the product is received and passes a final quality check.
Credit/Debit/UPI: 3-7 Business Days.
Cash on Delivery: Refund will be sent to your provided bank account within 3-7 Business Days after we receive your bank details.
Note: Any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase will be forfeited upon return.
